Finca Alberto is a converted original farmhouse with huge rustic charm and all the comforts of modern living. Situated on the hillside with stunning views of the surrounding valleys the house nestles in its garden of approx 1 hectare with avocado, mango, orange, lemon, fig and olive trees.
The single-storey house sleeps eight in four bedrooms. A double with en-suite shower and doors leading out to the terrace. Another double and small twin share a large bathroom. There is also a spacious twin room with en-suite shower attached to the house, but with separate access.
The comfortable sitting room is warmed in winter by a log burning stove and has a double archway into the formal dining room. Off the dining room there is a newly installed kitchen with another dining area. There is a small laundry room with washing machine and iron.
Although only 5 minutes drive from the charming hillside town of Competa, with Moorish origins, narrow winding streets and whitewashed houses, the house enjoys seclusion and complete privacy.
Finca Alberto benefits from a large private pool (9m x 5m) situated in the terrace below the house. There are sun loungers, a traditional brick bar-b-que and a poolside eating area. There are 3 further terraces.
